Childbirth Education
I am a firm believer that education is key in an empowered birth experience! Let’s get you educated and empowered! There are two options for childbirth education classes with me.
One-On-One
$250
One on one lesson with me and whoever you choose to be along your side learning along with you. This class is scheduled at your convenience. This lesson usually takes between 2-3 hours and is done in the comfort of your own home. We will go over stages of labor, what to expect during each stage, interventions that may happen, comfort measures, breastfeeding, and the postpartum experience.
Five Week Group Course
$350
Little Blooming Warriors course is designed to teach you everything about childbirth. Each class is about 2.5- 3 hours long. Jayme, Madeline, and I teach this class together and it is the perfect mix of hippie-dippie magic and evidence-based childbirth prep that you need to truly feel empowered with whatever birth you intend on having.
